App vs. Browser: What to Know
The native app on Android offers offline caching of game information and League standings, so you can browse your recent bets without a connection. Push notifications alert you to live goals, odds shifts, and account activity—such as pending withdrawals or successful deposits. The app compresses traffic more efficiently than Safari or Chrome, which matters if you are on a slower network in regional areas. The web version on iPhone delivers the same features through the browser but without push notifications. Both paths keep your account and betting slip synced in real time. Device Compatibility
bola010 supports Android 7 and above on phones and tablets. iOS users (iPhone 12 and above recommended) access the platform through Safari 12 or later and can add a home-screen shortcut for quick access. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android app and a stable internet connection (3G or faster) for live betting.
Troubleshooting Installation
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, navigate to Settings > Security or Apps, toggle Unknown Sources, and retry. Some devices show a certificate-trust warning; this is normal for non-store apps. Tap Install Anyway. If the download fails, check your available storage and internet connection, then restart your browser and try again. On iOS, if Safari warns about an untrusted certificate, tap Continue on the security prompt—we use industry-standard encryption. If the app crashes on launch, clear your device cache (Settings > Apps > bola010 > Storage > Clear Cache) and restart.
Account Security and Permissions
When you install the app, we request permission to store login credentials on your device and send notifications. All data—including your username, password, payment method, and betting history—travels over SSL encryption between your app and our servers. We do not share or sell your account data. When you first log in, we may ask you to upload identity documents (KYC verification) to meet local regulations. This happens once and is stored on encrypted servers. If you lose your password, tap Forgot Password in the login screen and we will send a reset link to your registered email or phone number.
